These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of saifly.ai (the “website”), operated by Saifly LLC (“Saifly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover the website and the early-access waitlist only. Separate terms will apply to the Saifly product when it launches.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. When you submit an early-access request, you also confirm that you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to submit an early-access request or otherwise enter into an agreement with Saifly.

What the website is for
The website provides information about Saifly, our mission, our planned products and services, and opportunities to request early access.
Requesting early access does not guarantee access, availability, launch timing, features, pricing, or eligibility to participate.

Pre-release information
Product descriptions, functionality, screenshots, examples, sample questions and answers, anticipated features, pricing, plans and usage limits, launch dates, availability, and other pre-release information on the website are illustrative and may change at any time.

Early-access requests
Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not create an entitlement to access Saifly. We decide how, when, and to whom early access is offered.
Submitting an early-access request does not create a customer relationship, professional advisory relationship, employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or other special relationship between you and Saifly.

What you submit
Submit only information you have the right to provide. Do not submit confidential information belonging to an employer or third party, personal information about another person, health information, passwords, access credentials, trade secrets, or other sensitive information through the website.
You give Saifly permission to use your submission as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate your request, improve Saifly, and operate the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Feedback
If you voluntarily share ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Saifly, you permit us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- access or attempt to access it for malicious purposes, or bypass or probe its security;
- interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure;
- introduce malware or other harmful code;

The website and its content, including the Saifly name, logos, branding, text, graphics, design, and code, are owned by or licensed to Saifly.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to view and use the website for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the website except as the law allows.

The website may link to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn or government sources of regulations. Those websites are controlled by their operators, and Saifly is not responsible for their content or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
